We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, organization, role, and the contents of inquiries you submit to us — as well as information automatically collected through your use of our website (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed). HERI does not require Protected Health Information (PHI) to operate the marketing website.

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct demonstrations, send requested communications, improve the HERI platform and website, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
HIPAA Alignment
HERI is designed and operated in alignment with HIPAA standards. When working with customers who require it, we execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and apply enterprise-grade administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to any Protected Health Information processed through the platform.
